The health of our employees and their families is vital to the work we do to ensure the health and well-being of our communities every day.  For this reason, we hired a “Benefits Concierge”, Synergy, to assist in guiding you through your benefits election process.  Synergy enrollment representatives are available to schedule individual sessions to review your benefits options, answer any follow up questions and assist you with your online enrollment on UKG (UltiPro).  No Computer? No Problem!  Synergy representatives will help you over the phone.  Just call Synergy at 858-282-0660. 

We are always looking for better ways to help you understand the benefits that are available for you and your family.  After you have made your benefits elections if you need assistance on what your benefits cover, please contact our Employee Support Center at 855-670-2222 or email to LosAngeles.ESC@ajg.com, Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm.   A dedicated licensed representative will assist you with all your inquiries.

You may upload your completed forms by logging into UKG (UltiPro) then click  Myself > Employee Documents. You may also email your document to Benefits@helunahealth.org or fax to 562-222-7373.

Synergy Enrollment and Benefits

Schedule a time to speak with a benefits counselor about your employee benefit options available through Heluna Health. Alternatively, you can reach out by dialing the following number 858-282-0660.

Heluna Health is dedicated to help make planning for your future easier by automatically enrolling eligible employees in the 403(b) retirement plan. Therefore, upon eligibility, 6% of your pay will be automatically deducted from your paycheck pre-tax and invested in to your 403(b) retirement plan; unless you choose a different amount or decline to participate. To opt out of the 403(b) contribution or change your contribution, please call Empower Retirement at 866-467-7756. You may increase or decrease your own contributions (employee deferral) at any time by following the below steps:

As a former Heluna Health employee, you may be eligible for COBRA. You have sixty (60) days from the date of the notice to reply to The Advantage Group with intent to continue insurance. Please click HERE to download more information about COBRA.

If you or your dependents were enrolled in any of the benefits listed below, you have up to 31 days to apply to port or convert one or more of those policies.  Please click HERE for the Portablity & Conversion Notice.  The same notice will be mailed to you by The Advantage Group.  You may download the form(s) by clicking on the links below for each applicable plan, complete it and submit it directly to Mutual of Omaha and New York Life.

While we distributed an Open Enrollment Guide to you that summarized all your plan options, descriptions of those plans, and rates for your 2024-2025 benefits enrollment, we are also required to make available a copy of the Summary Plan Description (SPD) which gives you more information about these plan options afforded to you as an employee. We have also posted this information on the benefits page of our internet site at Benefits | Heluna Health for your reference. Please also reference the carrier Evidence of Coverage (EOC) for additional information about the group plans.

This summary is also available in UKG (UltiPro). You may also reference the Evidence of Coverage (EOC) for each group plan for specific information regarding those plans.

  1. Login to UKG (UltiPro) at https://n21.ultipro.com
  2. Enter your Username and Password
  3. Click Log In
  4. Click Myself >Benefits > Links
