Linda Baltes Mansolillo

Linda Baltes Mansolillo brings nearly 25 years of experience across healthcare, life sciences, and public health, combining private-sector commercial and financial leadership with nearly three decades of military public-health service. She is CEO of Elevate BioStrategies, advising boards and CEOs in diagnostics and precision medicine on commercialization, capital strategy, and investor readiness, and has held senior leadership roles at Foundation Medicine (a Roche company), GRAIL, Illumina, Luminex, and Roche Diagnostics, with deep experience in payer, reimbursement, and Medi-Cal and public-payer environments. She has led a $350M P&L and brings the financial oversight and controls discipline that audit and governance demand. A retired U.S. Air Force Reserve Lieutenant Colonel, she led medical-readiness, disaster-preparedness, and global-health missions and audited national crisis-response plans across six continents. Linda serves on The Broad Stage board and its Governance Committee and is a member of the NYSE Board Advisory Network, the Latino Corporate Directors Association, and Extraordinary Women on Boards. She holds an Executive MBA from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in chemistry and laboratory sciences from Texas A&M–Corpus Christi, and is certified in genetics and genomics by Stanford University.
