Joseph Selvaraj

Joseph Selvaraj is a strategic technology leader with over 25 years of experience in information technology and systems management. He specializes in digital transformation, enterprise IT infrastructure, and implementing scalable solutions for large-scale nonprofit and public health organizationsJoseph has been part of Heluna Health for over a decade, currently serving as Senior Director of Information Technology. In this role, he oversees technology strategy and security posture, IT operations, systems architecture, and data management, working closely with executive leadership to ensure Heluna Health’s technological capabilities are robust, secure, and aligned with the organization’s public health mission.

Prior to Heluna Health, Joseph built his career in high-stakes consulting and industrial sectors, holding key roles at Accenture and Oracle Consulting, where he delivered complex enterprise solutions for global clients. His industry experience spans Semiconductor, Engineering & Construction, and Energy sectors, including work with GE where he provided a rigorous foundation in system reliability, large-scale deployments, and highly regulated technical environments.

Joseph holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, both from the University of Madras. He is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Oracle Certified Professional (OCP).
